How it works

Choose Your Product.

Choose from our variety of frames or ornaments. Once you have selected your items, complete the checkout process. Your photos are not necessary for this step.

Send us your photo.

After your purchase, you will get a confirmation email with instructions to upload your side profile photo(s).

Email your side profile photo with your order number to Ceramicsilhouetteco@gmail.com.

Time Frame

Our turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. Once the silhouettes are complete, you will receive a tracking number.

*Please note, we are committed to delivering a quality product. However, turnaround times are subject to change if we experience any setbacks or mishaps during the drying/firing process. If anything were to occur, you would be notified immediately.

Our Process

Once you send your pictures, you'll receive a mock-up of your portrait silhouette via email. If you want any changes, please email us back within 24 hours. If we don’t hear from you, we will start making your silhouette!
